We hope you are staying safe and healthy. As part of our goal to be transparent about how Covid-19 is affecting us here at A Grace Sub Acute & Skilled Care, we will continue to provide updates on this webpage.

• Covid-19 Vaccination Update.  We continue to vaccinate current residents and staff at the facility and we are still vaccinating new residents and staff as requested.  If you want your family member who is a resident at the facility to get vaccinated, please contact us for details.
  • Covid-19 Case Update.  October 31, 2024, we do not have positive cases among our staff and residents.  We continue to follow the CDC and CDPH guidelines and are screening all visitors in the facility.
